1. Payment Terms & Responsibility

1.1. Upon enrollment, you agree to pay the full program fee (“Fee”) either in full or via an approved payment plan.

1.2. By selecting a payment plan, you understand that:

• You are committing to the entire Fee in full.
• The Company is offering you the convenience of paying in instalments, not a pay-as-you-go service.

1.3. All payments are strictly non-refundable under any and all circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of personal circumstances, lack of participation, or non-completion.

1.4. A one-time 30-day grace period is granted for delayed payment. After this, a €125 late fee will be applied weekly until payment is made in full.

1.5. If a payment is more than 60 days late:

• You forfeit your right to a payment plan.
• The entire remaining balance becomes due immediately in full.
• You lose access to future payment plans for any other Company offerings.
• The Company may engage debt collection services at its discretion, and you agree to be liable for all associated fees.

2. Retreat & In-Person Experiences

2.1. All retreats and in-person add-ons are non-refundable, without exception.

2.2. Dates for retreats may be subject to change due to venue availability, facilitator scheduling, or logistics. You agree to remain flexible and understand that reasonable notice will be provided in such cases.

3. Results Disclaimer & Medical Liability

3.1. The Company does not offer medical, psychological, legal, financial, or tax advice. All Program content is for educational and informational purposes only.

3.2. You understand and agree that:

• Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
• You are responsible for consulting with qualified professionals for your health or wellbeing.
• No guarantees of outcomes or income are provided. Testimonials are individual success stories, not representations of what you should expect.

3.3. You release the Company and its representatives from all liability relating to physical, mental, emotional, or financial outcomes resulting from participation in any Program.

4. Conduct & Community Expectations

4.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in any Program, without refund, if you:

• Breach these Terms & Conditions,
• Are disruptive, disrespectful, or negatively impact the experience of other participants,
• Fail to uphold community guidelines or confidentiality.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

5.1. All materials, content, methods, systems, and tools provided by the Company are intellectual property owned by the Company and protected by law.

5.2. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use these materials solely with your private clients in a 1:1 or group capacity during your time as an active client.

5.3. You may not:

• Copy, share, distribute, modify, or train others with the materials,
• Use them in public presentations (e.g., keynotes) unless the IH content accounts for less than 10%,
• Remove Company logos or copyrights,
• Represent yourself as a Company employee, agent, or trainer.

5.4. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate legal action, including damages, injunctions, and legal fees.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation

6.1. You agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants and not share or misuse any proprietary information, discussions, or client data.

6.2. You may not:

• Solicit or market services to other IH members or clients at any time,
• Represent yourself as a Company affiliate beyond your licensed use.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

7.2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

8. Final Agreement

By enrolling in any Program, you confirm that:

• You are financially capable of making this investment without hardship,
• You accept the strict no-refund policy, including for retreats or add-ons,
• You are fully responsible for meeting all payment obligations,
• You understand that results are not guaranteed, and participation is at your own discretion.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not proceed with payment or participation.
