1. Payment and Terms & Responsibility

1.1. Upon enrollment, you agree to pay the full program fee (“Fee”) either in full or via an approved payment plan.

1.2. By selecting a payment plan, you understand that:

• You are committing to the entire Fee in full.
• The Company is offering you the convenience of paying in instalments, not a pay-as-you-go service.

1.3. All payments are strictly non-refundable under any and all circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of personal circumstances, lack of participation, or non-completion.

1.4. All payments are processed in Euros (€). Any USD (£/$) amounts displayed on the website are approximate currency conversions based on the exchange rate at the time the site was created and may fluctuate outside of our control.

1.5. A one-time 30-day grace period is granted for delayed payment. After this, a €125 weekly late fee will be applied until payment is made in full.

1.6. If a payment is more than 60 days late:

• You forfeit your right to a payment plan.
• The entire remaining balance becomes due immediately in full.
• You lose access to future payment plans for any other Company offerings.
• The Company may engage debt collection services at its discretion, and you agree to be liable for all associated fees.

2. House of Manifestation Membership Terms

2.1. The minimum commitment for House with Manifestation foundation is 3 months from your enrollment date. The minimum commitment for House with Manifestation VIP is 12 months from your enrollment date.

2.2. If you wish to cancel after the minimum term, you must submit a written cancellation request at least 30 days before your intended termination date.

2.3. If you do not give 30 days’ notice, your cancellation will take effect the following month after your next billing cycle.

2.4. All payments made during the notice period are non-refundable and your access will continue until the end of your final billing period.

3. Retreat & In-Person Experiences

3.1. All retreats and in-person add-ons are non-refundable, without exception.

3.2. Dates for retreats may be subject to change due to venue availability, facilitator scheduling, or logistics. You agree to remain flexible and understand that reasonable notice will be provided in such cases.

4. Results Disclaimer & Medical Liability

4.1. The Company does not offer medical, psychological, legal, financial, or tax advice. All Program content is for educational and informational purposes only.

4.2. You understand and agree that:

• Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
• You are responsible for consulting with qualified professionals for your health or wellbeing.
• No guarantees of outcomes or income are provided.

4.3. You release the Company and its representatives from all liability relating to physical, mental, emotional, or financial outcomes resulting from participation in any Program.

5. Conduct & Community Expectations

5.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in any Program, without refund, if you breach these Terms, are disruptive, or fail to uphold confidentiality.

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing

6.1. All materials provided by the Company are intellectual property owned by the Company.

6.2. You are granted a limited license to use these materials solely with your private clients during your time as an active client.

6.3. You may not copy, share, distribute, alter, or represent yourself as a Company employee.

7. Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation

7.1. You agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants.

7.2. You may not solicit or market services to other IH members or clients at any time.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

8.2. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Final Agreement

By enrolling in any Program, you confirm that:

• You are financially capable of making this investment.
• You accept the strict no-refund policy.
• You are fully responsible for all payment obligations.
• You understand that results are not guaranteed.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not proceed with payment or participation.
